Q. CAN YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT?

A. We will. We load all of our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the necessary tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we need to return at a later time to complete a repair, there will not be an add-on service fee. We estimate that we finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments during the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your home or apartment. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive within the earlier portion of the scheduled timeframe. But, if an earlier appointment or repair goes much longer than we expected, this allows the repairman some time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen call 10-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
